Refund Policy

Last updated: 28 October 2026

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service. It explains what happens to what you have paid when you cancel, and when we give money back. Prices and plans are on the Pricing page.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Billing settings in the dashboard. Nothing more is charged after you cancel. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the project then moves to the Free plan.

We do not refund the unused part of a period, and we do not pro-rate when you cancel or downgrade in the middle of one.

Free trial

A trial is not charged. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing. We email you three days before the trial ends; if you keep the plan, the first charge is taken on the day the trial ends.

Refund of your first charge — 14 days

If a paid plan is not what you needed, we refund the first plan fee you were charged in full when you ask within 14 days of that charge. This applies once per account. The project returns to the Free plan when the refund is issued.

It does not cover:

  • Metered usage already consumed — egress, recovery SMS, and machine-to-machine tokens above the allowance. It is billed for what was used and remains payable.
  • Later renewals. Every charge after the first follows Cancelling a plan.
  • Accounts terminated for a breach of the acceptable use rules.

Billing mistakes

If we charged you twice, charged you after you cancelled, or charged an amount that does not match your plan and usage, we refund the difference in full. Tell us within 60 days of the charge.

Service credits

Credits for missing the SLA on the Pro plan are applied to a future invoice. They are not paid out as cash.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@faable.com from the address on your account, with the invoice number (it is on the invoice and in Billing settings) and the project it belongs to. Refunds go back to the payment method that was charged; your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: a dispute takes weeks to resolve, and a refund we issue directly is faster.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence, including any right of withdrawal.
